The STMicroelectronics L9369-TR is an automotive-grade dual H-bridge driver IC specifically designed for Electric Parking Brake (EPB) systems and motor control applications. It features two independent H-bridges capable of driving a total of eight external N-channel MOSFETs, enabling precise control of rear-wheel brake actuators.
The IC integrates essential protection mechanisms, including overcurrent, overtemperature, and undervoltage lockout, ensuring high reliability in harsh automotive environments. Equipped with SPI, PWM, GPIO interfaces, and motor speed sensor inputs, L9369-TR allows flexible system integration. Its internal 10-channel differential amplifier and ADC sigma-delta module provide accurate motor current and voltage monitoring. Certified AEC-Q100 and designed according to ISO 26262 functional safety standards, the L9369-TR operates over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +175°C, making it suitable for demanding automotive applications.
